Steve Dyson has more than 30 years of experience in delivering transformation and improvement programs across asset-intensive industries, including hands-on senior executive roles. Steve has a long track record of helping his clients deliver challenging productivity and cost optimisation programs aligning people, processes and technology for bottom-line value.

Steve has advised most of the major and mid-tier miners on a wide variety of critical or complex initiatives across the full value chain, from the front-line through to the boardroom and across multiple geographies.

Steve works with resources, energy and industrials organisations to deliver strategic growth and change with demonstrable results. With a background in value chain performance and process optimisation, Steve has led multisite, multi-asset and multiyear transformation programs at scale.

As the former global mining transformation leader at a Big Four organisation and having worked across multiple miners and mine sites, Steve has intimate knowledge and experience of which approaches and technologies work and how to ensure your program delivers value.

Prior to consulting, Steve held senior industry roles in operations management and was known for his ability to create value during changing market conditions.
