Tom Blackwell

Tom Blackwell is a member of the Strategic Communications segment at FTI Consulting, based in London.

Tom has been a member of FTI Consulting’s Financial Services practice for more than 15 years, specialising in providing financial, corporate and crisis communications advice to companies operating in the insurance and banking sectors.

Tom has extensive experience advising high profile financial services clients, including a number of constituents of the FTSE100. He has also established a strong track-record of providing strategic communications advice to the insurance sector, including global players and those operating in the Lloyd’s of London market.

Tom’s work spans financial communications, complex issues management, multiyear reputation programmes and media relations. Tom has also worked on a broad range M&A, equity capital markets (‘ECM’) and debt capital markets (‘DCM’) transactions within financial services.

Tom holds a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Bristol.
