Viktor Dobrikov is a transformation expert with more than 20 years of international experience leading cross-functional teams in the delivery of tangible impacts to clients, combined with industry experience. Viktor specialises in advising clients on performance and operational transformation initiatives.
Viktor has a successful track record of setting up and delivering company-level strategies, performance-improvement transformation programmes and impactful, high-complexity cross-functional projects, leading to improvement in financial and nonfinancial performance for his clients. He achieves these outcomes by working closely with executives, leading teams and effectively deploying technology solutions to deliver business growth and efficiency.
Viktor’s experience extends across multiple segments, having advised clients in the automotive, technology, medical devices, energy and materials and fast-moving consumer goods (‘FMCG’) sectors globally.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Viktor served as the Operations Strategy Director at a global NYSE-listed FMCG company. Preceding this role, he was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company.
Relevant Experience:- Led operations strategy creation for a FMCG company; included cost and cash optimisation, sustainability embedment and risk management; led a portfolio of high-impact, high-complexity programmes with impact in technology, business growth and sustainability
- Led the operational transformation of the multiyear comprehensive transformation programme of a disposable medical devices manufacturer with global operations; responsible for more than £700 million in spend base and approximately 70% of impact in the first two years of the programme; delivered approximately £200 million run-rate EBIT improvement from operations, commercial and general and administrative (“G&A”) expenses within three years
- Led the design and global delivery of a multiyear efficiency improvement programme in the upstream business of the leading global energy company; addressed full spend base of more than $10 billion and delivered a fully certified run-rate impact of more than 12% within three years
- Led the strategic assessment, long-term business plan review, transformation potential identification and transformation roadmap creation for a high-end luxury automotive and racing company on behalf of a major shareholder to substantiate a realistic path to increase enterprise value and near-term recovery of operational financial health
- Led the design, setup and delivery of the transformation programme of a PE-owned advanced medical devices manufacturer to increase the valuation of the company by approximately 70% in two years
- Led the setup, development and immediate execution of a performance improvement programme for a major automotive supplier; focused on the delivery of a more than 4% margin improvement through a comprehensive transformation
