Wen Lv

Wen Lv is a Managing Director in FTI Consulting’s Telecom, Media & Technology (“TMT”) practice. She has 10 years of advisory experience in restructuring and business transformation, specializing in business plan development and review, profitability assessment and cost takeout. She focuses primarily on telecoms and the satellite industry.

Since joining FTI Consulting in 2013, Ms. Lv has worked on several large and complex business transformation engagements. Her advisory experience includes merger integration and carveouts for large telecom transactions, business strategy and planning, business plan due diligence and valuation, performance improvement and restructuring.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Ms. Lv worked at Infinity Group, a top Israeli private equity fund based in China, where she worked on performing due diligence on several potential investment targets in the technology sector and assisting partners in managing existing portfolio companies.

Ms. Lv holds an M.S. in Finance from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver and a B.S. in Economics from the China University of Petroleum. Ms. Lv. is fluent in English and Mandarin.
