Alina Rudman is a Senior Director in FTI Consulting’s Construction, Projects & Assets practice in Montreal. Ms. Rudman’s areas of expertise include quantum, delay and schedule analysis. Her work includes forensic schedule and delay analysis, productivity analysis, analysis of damages for the preparation of expert reports and delay claims. She has also provided consulting services on ongoing projects for the preparation and assessment of schedule updates.
Ms. Rudman has more than seven years of experience in the construction industry and has worked on a variety of projects, such as transportation; waste management; mechanical and electrical systems; and residential and institutional buildings.
After completing her M.Eng. in structural engineering, Ms. Rudman worked at Hatch in the railway infrastructure group. In this role, she gained experience on railway projects of varying sizes and worked with a variety of railway clients.
Ms. Rudman is an Engineer with the Order of Engineers of Québec (“OIQ”). She is fluent in English, French and Russian.
