Connor Curran has more than 15 years of experience managing complex projects, specifically in the Middle East. Mr. Curran has worked as both a construction engineer and quantum expert on high-value, billion-dollar projects across Australia, the Caribbean, Holland, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom.

As a testifying quantum expert, Mr. Curran has significant experience serving as a lead assistant on major international arbitrations, where he has delivered substantial quantum analyses that have been incorporated by primary experts.

Mr. Curran brings notable Tier-1 contractor expertise from his work on major engineering, procurement and construction (“EPC”) projects, with particular strength in developing cost management systems and processes.

• Appointed quantum expert on an arbitration between a contractor and a subcontractor on a bespoke hotel development in Muscat, Oman
• Appointed quantum expert on an arbitration between a large developer and a contractor on an infrastructure project in Abu Dhabi
