David Turner is a recognized leader at the forefront of data analytics, strategy and artificial intelligence (“AI”) enablement across highly regulated industries. As Global Leader of FTI Consulting’s Data & Analytics (“D&A”) practice and Co-Leader of the firmwide AI practice, Mr. Turner works with executive teams on their most important matters to leverage their data into a competitive asset — empowering organizations to respond to critical events and challenges, make smarter strategic decisions, address all aspects of enterprise risk and respond to high-stakes challenges.

Mr. Turner’s leadership centers on delivering enterprise-level solutions across complex investigations, litigation, compliance and corporate transformation initiatives. He partners with executive teams to develop and implement responsible AI frameworks, strengthen data programs and unlock value from advanced analytics. His multidisciplinary teams integrate deep technical expertise with regulatory, legal and industry insight — delivering practical, defensible and scalable outcomes.

Mr. Turner has advised Fortune 500 companies, global law firms and public institutions on their most pressing challenges involving emerging technology, data strategy and regulatory risk. He has played a pivotal role in shaping FTI Consulting’s AI go-to-market strategy, partnering across segments to develop scalable, responsible solutions that integrate advanced analytics with industry and domain expertise.

Mr. Turner’s recent work includes leading multijurisdictional data programs, overseeing rapid-response investigations and advising on governance frameworks for AI and automation in highly scrutinized sectors. His work has focused on guiding clients through large-scale data challenges in regulated environments, including financial services, healthcare, technology and the public sector. He has overseen global engagements involving multijurisdictional data collection, AI and automation risk assessments, business intelligence and investigative analytics.

Mr. Turner’s earlier career was rooted in restructuring and financial advisory services, where he supported complex litigation and post-confirmation bankruptcy matters. This foundation continues to inform his approach to solving today’s most pressing data, compliance and operational challenges.
