Kristin Alena Sadowski

For more than 15 years, Kristin Alena Sadowski has guided global organizations through business-critical and reputation-defining issues arising during periods of radical shifts, transformations and crises. Kristin Alena is an expert in leadership enablement, change and crisis management and serves clients as a certified executive coach.

During transformative moments and fragile circumstances, Kristin Alena helps senior management teams sustain business continuity and improve performance while orchestrating organizational transformation. Drawing on deep crisis management experience, she advises clients on optimizing their response capabilities.

Kristin Alena gained expertise from a variety of client engagement types, including complex cross-border M&A, high-profile post-merger integrations, restructurings and reorganizations. She is adept at guiding clients through the crisis and crisis recovery process, as well as throughout CEO transitions, business strategy shifts and culture changes. Additionally, her expertise extends to managing new work, digitalization and leadership excellence programs.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Kristin Alena spent 16 years at the global advisory firm Brunswick. She also has a background in journalism, having worked as a journalist at the television broadcaster ZDF in Germany.

Kristin Alena received a Certificate in Systemic, Solution-Oriented Coaching from the Institute for Coaching and Consulting by Professor Dr. Susanne Schönborn. She has a B.A. in Business Administration with a specialization in Media and Communications from Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University.
