Frank Sui is the co-leader of Financial Services practice in the Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment, where he focuses on delivering business transformation solutions. With more than 30 years of experience, Mr. Sui is as a renowned business builder and trusted advisor to senior executives.

Mr. Sui specializes in improving and turning around businesses and reaching financial goals at financial institutions, including consumer finance, retail banking, payments networks, asset management/wealth management, insurance and private equity portfolio companies.

Mr. Sui brings to clients a highly successful track record of delivering profitability growth from driving operations efficiencies and capturing pricing, product, servicing and sales/marketing opportunities. He has extensive experience leading complex, large-scale change initiatives, including cost restructuring, merger integration, outsourcing and operating model, and digital transformation. Mr. Sui’s accomplishments also consist of driving digital growth initiatives involving new business model launch/scale up, digital platform creation/scale up and strategic partnerships with Google and other Big Tech, among others.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Sui served financial services clients as a partner with AlixPartners, Deloitte Consulting including role as co-leader of Financial Services Digital Innovation and Growth and Mitchell Madison Group, which he co-founded. Early on in his career, he worked at McKinsey & Company.

As an operating executive, Mr. Sui built and sold several companies. As co-founder of Mitchell Madison Group, Mr. Sui and the team built and scaled the company to $200 million in annual revenue. Mitchell Madison Group sold for over $300 million. As an early employee of Integrated Network Corporation and Product Line Head, he led a team that built products, established distribution and scaled revenue. The company sold for $125 million to CISCO.

Mr. Sui holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
