Our Diverse Professionals Rotational Program (“DPRP”) provides diverse, experienced professionals with the opportunity to rotate through different practices within FTI Consulting to learn more about our segments and practices.
Through this program, you will have the opportunity to accelerate your professional growth and diversify your work experience by engaging with the different segments and/or practice areas throughout the 18-24 month rotational program.

Dependent on the Rotational Program Track selected, the 18-month rotational program will be broken down into...
Dependent on the Rotational Program Track selected, the 18-month rotational program will be broken down into three 6-month or two 9-month increments, where you will be assigned to various practices across the FTI Consulting segments.
At the end of the 18-month program, you will work with the program manager to make your final placement selection.
