Food and Agribusiness Expert Brandon Banner Joins FTI Consulting as Managing Director

Washington, D.C., Sept. 10, 2024 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the appointment of strategy and business transformation expert Brandon Banner as a Managing Director in the Food, Agriculture & Beverage practice within the firm’s Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment.

Mr. Banner, who is based in Chicago, has more than 20 years of experience in the global food, beverage and agribusiness industries across the public, private and nonprofit sectors. He specializes in strategic business issues including corporate and business strategy, profitability enhancement, organizational transformation and merger and acquisition transaction support.

Mr. Banner has experience across the value chain, including in agribusiness, agriculture technology, food manufacturing, distribution, branded consumer packaged goods, retail grocery and food service segments. In his role at FTI Consulting, he will advise corporate and private equity clients on solutions to develop growth strategies, improve operations and navigate complex investments and transactions.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Banner was a leader in L.E.K. Consulting’s Food and Beverage practice. He also previously held roles representing U.S. food and agribusiness companies at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and oversaw international agricultural trade and development programs at the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Foreign Agricultural Service.
