FTI Consulting Advises Providence Equity Partners on Significant Investment in SCG

LONDON, 31 July 2026 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) provided financial due diligence services to Providence Equity Partners L.L.C. (“Providence”) in connection with its significant investment in SCG, a leading UK provider of communications, connectivity and IT services for small and medium-sized businesses.

Providence’s investment will support the next phase of SCG’s expansion, enabling the company to further enhance its integrated connectivity, cloud communications and managed IT services offering to businesses across a range of sectors in the UK.
