FTI Consulting Appoints Competition Economist Caitlin Wilkinson as Senior Vice President in London

Senior Hire Strengthens Compass Lexecon’s UK and European Competition Economics, Litigation and Regulatory Expertise

London, 14 Sept. 2026 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the appointment of Caitlin Wilkinson as a Senior Vice President in the firm’s Compass Lexecon subsidiary, strengthening the firm’s competition economics and litigation capabilities in the UK and Europe.

Ms. Wilkinson, who is based in London, brings more than 15 years of experience advising clients on European and UK competition and litigation matters, including merger inquiries, market investigations, State Aid investigations, litigation claims and regulatory appeals. Her sector experience includes power and utilities, energy and natural resources, financial services, healthcare, leisure, retail and consumer goods, technology and transport.

Before joining Compass Lexecon, Ms. Wilkinson was a partner in the economics consulting practices at AlixPartners and KPMG. Earlier in her career, she worked as an economic adviser at the UK Competition Commission, where she provided economic analysis in several high-profile merger inquiries and market investigations. Ms. Wilkinson holds an MPhil in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy, politics and economics from the University of Oxford.
