FTI Consulting Expands Digital Health Offering with Three Senior Hires
Washington, D.C., June 16, 2022 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the continued investment in its Digital Health offering within its Health Solutions practice with the appointment of Raj Mukherjee, Josh Sol and Nathan Cooperman, MD as Managing Directors.
The three hires follow the April appointment of Deepak Chaudhry as National Digital Health Leader within the Health Solutions practice at FTI Consulting. Their arrivals build on the firm’s investment in digital health capabilities to provide clients with solutions related to digital transformation, platform selection and optimization, emerging technology and innovation, data and analytics, and health IT advisory services.

Mr. Mukherjee, who is based in New York, is a management and technology consulting executive with over 13 years of experience leading end-to-end digital transformation initiatives, primarily focused on developing and implementing technology strategies to create greater business value. He has successfully helped startups, mid-market and Fortune 500 companies across various industries derive the most value from their digital transformations.
Mr. Sol, who is based in Houston, has 15 years of experience in healthcare information technology and digital transformation. He brings to FTI Consulting a deep understanding of the influences digital innovation and technology can make on an institution and to the consumer experience. Mr. Sol has been a thought leader in the digital and clinical innovation and application space and has implemented numerous systems that have helped improve patient satisfaction, electronic medical record adoption and usability and efficiencies in a multitude of clinical divisions.
Dr. Cooperman, who is based in New York, has served in leadership roles as both a consultant and physician for more than 20 years, helping healthcare organizations develop and implement meaningful technologies that enhance the patient experience while maximizing quality, safety and provider satisfaction. He has led large transformation engagements for health systems, academic medical centers, physician practices and commercial startups. During his tenure at Duke University Medical Center, Dr. Cooperman worked with industry to develop tools and devices to enhance intraoperative technologies that benefitted both the patient and surgeon.
