FTI Consulting Provides Financial Due Diligence to PSG Equity on Strategic Investment in BrightAnalytics

London, 20 July 2026 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) provided expert financial due diligence services to PSG Equity in connection with its strategic investment in BrightAnalytics, a European provider of corporate performance management software for chief financial officers.

BrightAnalytics provides finance teams with a fully auditable AI-automated platform that integrates financial consolidation, reporting and financial planning and analysis in a single solution. It specialises in serving small and mid-market businesses with multi-entity, multi-currency operations. The investment will enable BrightAnalytics to strengthen its presence in Belgium, the Netherlands, the Nordics and France, while continuing its expansion across Europe.
