FTI Consulting Strengthens Corporate Finance & Restructuring Segment in Latin America with Addition of Renato Boranga

Washington, D.C., Dec. 21, 2022 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the appointment of Renato Boranga as a Managing Director in the firm’s Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment in São Paulo.

With more than 25 years of investment banking and consulting experience, Mr. Boranga specializes in executing M&A transactions, capital raises, and in- and out-of-court recapitalizations and restructurings. He advises companies in a range of industries, including consumer, retail and agribusiness. At FTI Consulting, Mr. Boranga will focus on debt restructuring, M&A transactions and related advisory work in Latin America.

Prior to FTI Consulting, Mr. Boranga worked in investment banking at global companies, including Moelis & Company, Credit Suisse, UBS and Deutsche Bank, where he executed M&A, capital markets and restructuring transactions. Most recently, he was head of M&A and responsible for the agribusiness sector at Santander. Mr. Boranga began his career in consulting at Accenture.
