FTI Consulting Strengthens Public Affairs Practice in France with the Appointment of Grégory Grellet as Managing Director

Paris, April 11, 2022 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the appointment of Gregory Grellet as a Managing Director in the Public Affairs practice in France within the firm’s Strategic Communications segment.

With nearly 20 years of experience over his career in the French and European public and private sectors, Mr. Grellet is an expert in legal and economic matters related to public policies and in legislative and regulatory changes.

In the past, Mr. Grellet was responsible for launching and leading the governmental initiative "France Transition Ecologique" backed by the French Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Ecological Transition, and also held the positions of Secretary General for European elections for France’s majority party in 2019 and Deputy Secretary General of the majority party in the National Assembly (2017-2019).

From 2012 to 2017, he held management positions at the Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution, the European Central Bank and then at the Banque de France, as a senior economist in charge of cooperation with the Bank for International Settlements, the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank on issues concerning financial regulation. Mr. Grellet started his career in 2005 as an advisor to the aeronautics and telecommunications, media and technology sectors before heading the corporate credit risk department of a French financial institution.
