FTI Consulting Continues West Coast Expansion of the Office of the CFO Solutions Practice

Finance Transformation Expert Hector Barletta Joins as Managing Director

Washington, D.C., Jan. 29, 2020 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the appointment of Hector Barletta as a Managing Director within the Office of the CFO Solutions practice.

Mr. Barletta, who is based in Los Angeles, has more than 15 years of experience advising Fortune 500 clients on finance transformations, specifically helping finance functions serve as a better partner to their businesses. He partners with chief financial officers (“CFOs”) to develop strategies that drive revenue growth while maintaining an efficient cost structure for both the finance function and the enterprise. Additionally, he brings significant experience in the technology, media and entertainment, telecommunications, and retail and consumer products industries.

The addition of Mr. Barletta further enhances the Office of the CFO Solutions practice’s finance transformation capabilities, including helping companies adopt next-generation automation, redesign finance operating models, reduce costs and create enhanced enterprise value through finance-led initiatives.

Mr. Barletta’s experience includes designing and implementing service delivery model transformations. He has managed the stand-up of captive shared services centers, both the outsourcing of work and the repatriation of work from outsourcers back into company operations, and setting up finance centers of excellence. Additionally, Mr. Barletta has helped companies automate Finance and Accounting processes using Robotic Process Automation and Machine Learning. He is also a specialist in redesigning and optimizing processes including record to report, procure to pay, order to cash and integrated performance management.

Mr. Barletta’s appointment continues the growth for the Office of the CFO Solutions practice on the West Coast, following the addition of David White as a Senior Managing Director and Leader of the practice’s West region in October 2019.
