Leading Data Scientist Nick Sharkey Joins FTI Consulting
Washington, D.C., May 30, 2019 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the appointment of Nick Sharkey as a Managing Director in the Strategic Communications segment, deepening the firm’s senior-level expertise in communications analytics. He will be based in Washington, D.C. and report to Brent McGoldrick, the segment’s head of the Digital & Insights practice, and Paul Henninger, who leads the firm’s Digital Science group.

Mr. Sharkey brings more than 15 years of experience in data science and analytics, having worked with a range of organizations, including the transportation industry, presidential political campaigns and national political committees, professional sports franchises, and his own data science consultancy. His expertise covers the entire spectrum of data science, including machine learning, data engineering, artificial intelligence and data visualization.
