Leading Investigations and Forensic Accounting Expert Enéas Moreira Joins FTI Consulting in São Paulo

Washington, D.C., Feb. 3, 2025 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the appointment of Enéas Moreira as a Managing Director in the firm’s Forensic and Litigation Consulting segment in São Paulo, Brazil.

Mr. Moreira will lead FTI Consulting’s Disputes and Investigations practice within the firm’s Forensic and Litigation Consulting segment in Brazil. He brings more than 30 years of experience working for international firms in fraud investigations, forensic accounting and compliance across a range of industries.

Mr. Moreira has led multijurisdictional projects in large corporate investigations, forensic accounting, litigation and arbitration support, compliance and fraud risk assessments, M&A projects, tax planning and acquisition structuring, due diligence, contractual issues and risk assessments.

FTI Consulting’s Risk & Investigations team in São Paulo is uniquely positioned to handle local cross-border investigations and disputes. Mr. Moreira joins Gustavo Morales Oliver, investigations and disputes expert, and Marcelo Zenkner, former Petrobras compliance officer, veteran prosecutor and investigations and compliance expert in the Brazil office.
