M&A Expert Katherine Garvey Joins FTI Consulting as Managing Director

Washington, D.C., April 17, 2025 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the appointment of Katherine Garvey as a Managing Director in the Merger Integration & Carve-Outs offering within the firm’s Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment.

Ms. Garvey, who is based in New York, has spent her career in M&A and possesses deep expertise supporting businesses throughout the entire transactions lifecycle — from pre-sign due diligence to post-sign planning and execution, including post-close stabilization. In her role at FTI Consulting, she will provide strategic advice and support to clients across a range of industries, with a particular focus on financial services, assisting with their financial, operational and negotiation matters.
