Katherine Garvey

Katherine Garvey is an experienced consultant known for helping clients achieve their inorganic growth and strategic implementation goals. Ms. Garvey has deep mergers and acquisitions (“M&A”) experience, supporting clients throughout the transaction lifecycle, including due diligence, sign-to-close and post-close phases, and across financial, operational and negotiation areas. She has significant experience serving clients in the financial services industry.

Ms. Garvey has conducted financial analyses across all M&A phases, including quality of earnings (“QofE”), standalone financial analyses, integration- and carve-out-related cost modeling and transition service agreement (“TSA”) pricing.

Ms. Garvey has also led multiple program management offices (“PMOs”) for both integrations and carve-outs. In these roles, she oversees performance across functional teams, streamlines reporting and communication to C-suite and board stakeholders and ensures cross-functional collaboration and readiness for Day One, Day 100 and beyond.

Ms. Garvey also partners with department leaders across legal, procurement, finance, operations, technology, compliance and marketing to resolve transaction-related and implementation challenges. This includes working directly with business process outsourcing (“BPO”) providers to drive tri-party resolution.
