On 28 November 2018 Ross Blakeley, Quentin Olde and Paul Allen were appointed as joint and several Provisional Liquidators of the Ausmart Group of Companies listed below, including Gamma One Pty Ltd, by Order of the Federal Court of Australia. The Provisional Liquidators submitted a report to the Court on the affairs of the Company on 13 March 2019. Following considering the Provisional Liquidators’ report, the Court ordered on 15 May 2019 that Ross Blakeley, Paul Allen and Joseph Hansell be appointed as joint and several Liquidators of the Company on just and equitable grounds.
