The original implementation stalled due to the lack of people with the industry expertise needed to translate requirements from the business to the EcoSys Projects tool.
Tens of thousands of data entry lines from disconnected files were brought into a modern project management information system environment, resulting in improved visibility, auditability and data integrity.
Upon completion, the client expanded FTI Consulting’s engagement to standardize their program and project cost management processes enterprise-wide, enabling them to track and manage revenue at the portfolio level across Europe, North America and the Asia Pacific region.
