FTI Capital Advisors Further Assists e& on Acquisition of Majority Stake in Beehive

Dubai, 23 May 2023 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced that its wholly-owned investment banking subsidiary, FTI Capital Advisors DIFC Limited (“FTICA”), acted as financial advisor to Emirates Telecommunications Group Company PJSC (“e&”) on its acquisition of Beehive Group Holdings Limited (“Beehive”), the first Dubai Financial Services Authority-regulated online marketplace for peer-to-peer (“P2P”) lending to small and medium-sized enterprises (“SMEs”) in the Middle East and North Africa region.

Beehive is a crowdfunding lending platform that seamlessly connects SMEs in need of funding with creditworthy investors, both private and institutional, using innovative technology. The acquisition, which reflects e& commitment to growth in the United Arab Emirates and the wider region, will enable Beehive to expand its offerings.
