Markus Herber

Markus Herber's focus is on the creation and responsible implementation of holistic restructuring concepts, the implementation of company analysis and planning, and cash optimisation and working capital management.

Markus has extensive experience in changing operational processes and structures, closing or relocating parts of a company, and designing and negotiating personnel management measures. Multiple times, he has also assumed responsibility in CRO and CFO roles.

Markus’s sector experience includes automotive, mechanical and plant engineering, metal processing, wholesale and retail, and logistics.

Markus studied economics at the University of Mainz.
