About Aaron

Aaron Gardner is a Managing Director in the Corporate Finance & Restructuring practice of FTI Consulting in the British Virgin Islands (“BVI”).

Aaron has over 16 years experience in insolvency, restructuring, forensic and corporate recovery services including contentious cross-border insolvencies, shareholder disputes, asset-tracing investigations, the realisation of complex and illiquid assets, and financial modelling.

Most of Aaron’s current work is international in nature and he has significant experience in many jurisdictions including the Caribbean, Asia, Canada, the United States and New Zealand.

Aaron first moved to the BVI in 2013 with his previous firm until 2017. Then, following an 18-month period in Canada, Aaron returned to the BVI to join FTI in mid-2018. Aaron has extensive restructuring experience ranging from both provisional and full liquidation cases, the rationalisation of corporate groups, receiverships and forensic accounting.
