About Adam
Adam Ingber is a Senior Director in the FTI Consulting Technology practice and is based in Los Angeles. Mr. Ingber provides discovery best practices and consulting to corporate clients, with a focus on evaluating and revising procedures for identifying and preserving electronic data for litigation. Mr. Ingber is well-versed in all methods of data collection and acquisition, managing cases from collection through production while coordinating and assisting in electronic document collections ranging from complex civil litigation matters to governmental investigations.
Mr. Ingber is trained in forensic-level collections and is adept at developing cost effective data collection strategies when forensic-level collection is not required. With over a decade of experience with law firms across the country, he combines his legal experience with an expertise in technology allowing him to work with clients to find customized solutions to their e-discovery needs.
In addition, Mr. Ingber specializes in crafting innovative approaches to cull electronic data and is an expert in a number of technologies and tools, including Attenex. Familiar with broad set of technology tools and e-discovery platforms including Ringtail, he has developed and implemented creative use of SharePoint into project management and reporting.
Mr. Ingber has worked with large corporate clients—including Fortune 50 companies in the entertainment industry, tech industry and auto industry—providing proactive litigation readiness consulting, evaluations of corporate litigation holds policies and best practices, working alongside senior corporate management, in-house counsel and partners.
Mr. Ingber has planned, participated and managed large, complex global cases and document reviews involving collections in China, Hong Kong, Japan and Western Europe. Before joining FTI Consulting in 2008, Mr. Ingber worked with Strategic Discovery, Inc. (SDI), a leader in the litigation discovery industry with comprehensive approaches to electronic discovery and records management. Before SDI, Mr. Ingber worked on many large-scale document productions, making sure data was collected and managed properly throughout process. He attended Vassar College where he studied political science, and earned a J.D. at University of California Hastings College of the Law.
Mr. Ingber is also an EnCase certified computer forensics examiner (EnCE).
