Adam Rauch has nearly 15 years of experience providing financial advisory services to companies, senior lenders and unsecured creditors’ committees in the United States throughout both in- and out-of-court processes. Mr. Rauch is a member of FTI Consulting’s Senior Lender Advisory practice.

Mr. Rauch has advised clients across a diverse range of industries, including energy, financial services, healthcare, food, manufacturing, metals, pharmaceuticals, paper, retail and restaurants.

Mr. Rauch’s experience includes liquidity forecasting and assessment, business plan due diligence, debt capacity assessment and development of recovery and liquidation analyses. He is also expert in stakeholder negotiations, plan of reorganization development, investigation of causes of action and claims process development and adjudication.
