Adrian Predoi

Adrian Predoi is the Leader of Middle East Advisory & Transformation within the Construction, Projects & Asset industry segment. Mr. Predoi is based out of Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudia Arabia, and he provides strategic advice to asset-intensive client organisations, steering them towards successfully delivering their capital project portfolios and meeting their strategic, operational and business goals.

Mr. Predoi brings 17 years of experience of orchestrating successful programme management, project controls, project management office (‘PMO’) and digital transformations enabling clients to improve efficiency, optimize their capital expenditure, drive value in the supply chain and ultimately improve the governance, assurance and delivery of their projects and programmes.

Mr. Predoi has a proven track record within the construction industry, working with clients across multiple sectors including infrastructure (rail, aviation, nuclear and utilities), real estate (mixed-use development), high-tech, pharmaceuticals and natural resources (oil and gas and mining sectors).

Mr. Predoi enables clients to create a compelling vision and strategy with a human element at its core through an understanding of existing capability, providing clients with a blueprint for navigating towards their desired vision and efficiency targets at the right pace, always taking people on the journey. He ensures that client investments are set up for success, with all the required enablers for control established and integrated across their programmes and projects.

Mr. Predoi holds an M.S. in Quality in Engineering and Business Management and two B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the Galway Mayo Institute of Technology in Ireland and the University Politehnica of Bucharest. He is a Project Management Institute-certified Project and Risk Management Professional and has actively engaged in mentoring and coaching young professionals looking to develop their career in the construction industry and the management consulting space.
