Adriana has worked across a range of strategic transformation programs spanning data and digital transformation, health and safety, and supply chain and procurement. She has led complex, cross-functional initiatives focused on operating model transformation, strategic program delivery and organisational change, helping clients align stakeholders and drive sustainable outcomes across all levels of the business. Her experience includes advising large and mid-tier mining organisations across a range of commodities.

Adriana brings a combination of analytical rigour and collaborative leadership to complex transformation programs. She partners with senior stakeholders, subject-matter experts and delivery teams.

Relevant Experience:

• Development of a global operating model for the provision of services that enabled the business to create, access, store and mine data while maintaining data governance, privacy and engineering principles
• Execution of a global health and safety program on sexual assault and sexual harassment, reporting directly to the Chief of Staff to the CEO
• Development of a global closure vision with executives and operationalisation through a global closure standard, processes and procedures
• Design, development and execution of a multidisciplinary strategic assessment into the investment in a canola crush plant for a major agricultural supply chain company with a third party that constituted a strategic shift for the business
