Mr. Marx has a strong track record of delivering large-scale transformation, including helping a Japanese pharmaceutical company streamline operations for £1 million in annual savings and supporting the UK Government in building a nationwide carbon reporting platform. He has also spearheaded innovative solutions involving AI, blockchain and data analytics to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.

• Developed the global target operating model for a multinational Japanese pharmaceutical company, delivering a comprehensive design with stakeholder buy-in in under 10 weeks
• Acted as trusted advisor to the COO of a large real estate investor to define their strategy for value creation and cost take-out interventions
• Supported a large pharmaceutical organisation identify and define requirements for a $5m workplace management solution
• Led the corporate impact assessment for a large professional service firm, working alongside the COO and CFO to quantify the impact of generative AI on their five-year plan
• Led a team advising a large Asia Pacific real estate investor looking to deploy more than USD1.8 billion into a new market and sector, providing detailed desktop and market analysis, alongside primary research with leading industry figures, and resulting in a successful investment committee approval
• Developed a comprehensive supply chain rationalization strategy for a large investor identifying €5 million in savings per year
• Led a national pilot consisting of more than 40 mutliconsultancy resources to define and develop a national capital carbon reporting platform across all major government departments
