Alexis Fekete

Alexis Fekete brings more than 20 years of advisory, consulting and investment banking experience across the aviation and aerospace sectors. Based in Dubai, Mr. Fekete co-leads the Aviation practice for Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. He specialises in airline transformation, M&A, financial and operational restructuring, debt and equity raising, fleet acquisition, aircraft financing and airline and lessor due diligence.

Mr. Fekete supported the acquisition of Pakistan International Airlines, several fleet-related engagements for Malaysia Airlines, several business plan and transformation engagements for Middle Eastern and African carriers. He also led the restructuring and recapitalisation of Norwegian Air Shuttle and the buy-side privatisation of TAP Portugal and advised a West African government on the creation of a new airline.

Prior to FTI Consulting, Mr. Fekete was a Managing Director and Partner at Seabury Aviation Partners, leading the advisory, restructuring, fleet, investment banking and consulting practice for EMEA. He held leadership positions in Seabury businesses for 16 years, including at Seabury Consulting, which was acquired by Accenture. Mr. Fekete started his career at Natixis Transport Finance.

Mr. Fekete holds an M.B.A. from INSEAD, studied at the Wharton Business School and holds an LL.M. in French Business Law with Distinction from the University of Paris and an M.G.E. with Distinction from NEOMA Business School.
