Anthony Dornan has significant experience in commercial strategy, digital transformation and customer experience and analytics. Mr. Dornan has worked with telecom, media and technology (“TMT”) clients across multiple markets, including in the Middle East and North Africa, Europe, North America and Asia Pacific.
Mr. Dornan has helped shape a range of commercial strategies for clients, including detailing a strategy and business plan to create a media hub focused on content production; developing the go-to market strategy for an Internet of Things (“IoT”) platform business; defining the asset-carve out strategy for a fixed-line operator; redesigning the commercial strategy and operating model for the B2B unit of a leading telecommunications operator; and building the media strategy for a regional operator group.
Mr. Dornan has led a number of digital engagements, including developing the transformation strategy and implementation roadmap for a regional operator group and designing a new model for a mobile operator that enables more real-time customer interactions.
Mr. Dornan also specializes in customer experience strategy, working to redesign customer journeys for the B2B segment of an operator group and building new analytics tools to measure, track and optimize customer experience to maximise value.
Prior to joining Delta Partners, the TMT strategy consulting and investment banking boutique now integrated into FTI Consulting's TMT practice, Mr. Dornan worked for several years at STL Partners, supporting TMT clients on strategic topics, and at the Central Bank of Ireland.
