Avigyan Das

Avigyan Das is an accomplished professional with expertise in handling complex data challenges. Mr. Das brings nearly 20 years of experience in digital forensics, risk management, compliance, regulatory investigations and e-discovery. He supports FTI Technology’s clients in the UK, Europe and India, solving data challenges related to white-collar crime and compliance.

Mr. Das provides technology leadership and solutions for global clients facing a wide range of data challenges related to investigations, including fraud, anti-bribery and corruption economic sanctions, financial crime and regulatory compliance inquiries. He has led multiple large-scale, cross-border Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (‘FCPA’) investigations involving high-volume and complex data types. He has strong experience with regulatory investigations across the globe, including in the United States, the UK and India.

Mr. Das supports clients within law firms and corporations across energy, telecommunications and financial services sectors in developing complex programmes to drive efficiencies and improve outcomes in litigation and other legal matters. He has managed responses to data breaches, risk and compliance and large-scale remediations. In addition, Mr. Das regularly oversees quality assurance with his teams to ensure high delivery standards are maintained for data preservation, search, review and subsequent production of data to regulators and counsel.

Mr. Das supports solution development and implementation for FTI Technology’s Information Governance, Privacy & Security practice, providing expertise in the nuances of handling adjacent issues with teams across Europe, Asia and the United States.

Prior to joining FTI Technology, Mr. Das held senior roles at numerous consulting firms, including serving in data analytics, e-discovery services and digital forensics practices within a Big Four firm. In a previous role as an associate managing director with Exiger, Mr. Das was one of the key leaders of the global data analytics function and was instrumental in implementing and mobilising e-discovery and data analytics services.
