Bonnie Harvey

Bonnie E. Harvey provides economic, financial and valuation analysis to clients, including those involved in litigation, arbitration, mediation and other contexts where parties are engaged in complex business disputes. Ms. Harvey has more than 19 years of experience providing economic and financial analysis in complex business disputes involving antitrust, breach of contract, business valuation, class certification, fraud and accounting investigations, intellectual property, and securities class actions. She has also served as an expert witness and provided testimony in deposition and trial.

Ms. Harvey has significant experience in intellectual property disputes. She has participated in more than 50 investigations brought before the International Trade Commission, evaluating economic issues such as the economic domestic industry prong requirement, the appropriate bond rate, the existence of commercially significant inventories, the appropriateness of limited and general exclusion orders, the public interest factors and the commercial success of products due to certain features covered by the asserted patents. Ms. Harvey also has experience evaluating damages associated with lost profits, reasonable royalties, unjust enrichment and breach of contract. Her assignments have been in a wide range of industries, including apparel, automotive, financial services, healthcare, insurance, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, rare earth metals, retail, software and telecommunications.

Ms. Harvey serves on the Finance and Investment Committee at the Dallas Children’s Theater, where she provides input to the Board on various financial issues and investment decisions. She obtained a B.B.A. in Finance from Texas A&M University and is a Certified Valuation Analyst (“CVA”) and a Member of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (“NACVA”).
