Brandon Lee

Brandon Lee has more than 20 years of expertise in consulting and delivering legal technology and discovery services across a broad array of industries. Mr. Lee specializes in legal technology optimization, legal operations, information governance, e-discovery, data security and privacy challenges.

Mr. Lee has extensive experience providing operational and technical consultation to attorneys and corporate clients on complex technology issues, particularly in the realm of supporting global, cross-border litigation and investigation matters. He has led numerous engagements to help clients identify and preserve data derived from novel data sources, design and deploy intricate technical workflows for review analysis and assess potential underlying data security and privacy implications.

Advising clients on ways to address and mitigate risks, Mr. Lee strategically focuses on matters involving the inefficient management of enterprise-wide records, information and legacy data. He has technical experience on various industry-recognized software programs, forensic tools and technology platforms.

Prior to joining FTI Technology, Mr. Lee was a Managing Director in the Forensic Technology Services practice at BDO USA and held senior management roles in the Forensic Technology and Discovery Services practices at EY and Deloitte. A frequent presenter on topics related to the intersection of innovation, technology and law, Mr. Lee is a regular contributor to leading industry events and publications.

Relevant Experience:

• Provided strategic advice to more than 50 Fortune 500 companies on legal hold management, records and information management, email archiving, legacy data remediation and data collection and review
• Led and managed the day-to-day collection, review and analysis of a multi-terabyte data set with more than 75 custodians in response to a global internal investigation, supporting a proactive disclosure to the Department of Justice for a global distributor of goods
• Led and managed a cyber forensic analysis effort for a global bio-med company; focused on examining enterprise-wide servers for indicators of data exfiltration through a forensically-sound methodology
