Brendan Rooney

Brendan Rooney is a Managing Director in FTI Consulting’s Valuation team and has more than 20 years of professional experience spanning both restructuring and valuation engagements.

Brendan is experienced in valuations conducted for commercial, litigation, tax, accounting and audit support purposes. He has worked across a broad range of sectors, including banking and financial services, natural resources, retail, leisure, insurance and software.

Brendan specialises in supporting clients as part of standalone valuation projects but also in the context of wider debt restructuring and financial advisory engagements. He also assists clients with post-transaction valuation needs, including purchase price allocation and management incentive awards for tax and accounting purposes.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Brendan worked at PwC and BDO.
