Britt Jordan is a Managing Director on the Digital & Insights team in FTI Consulting’s Strategic Communications segment, specializing in integrated digital strategy.
With more than 12 years of experience counseling clients across the defense, energy, healthcare and consumer industries, Ms. Jordan designs and executes data-driven campaigns that increase awareness among target audiences and overcome business challenges through holistic storytelling online.
From large corporations undergoing organizational change to non-profits looking to grow advocacy efforts, Ms. Jordan has led countless digital-first campaigns that use precision targeting to bring tailored messaging and content to key audiences. In 2022, she received a PRNEWS Top Women Award in the Mentors category.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Ms. Jordan led marketing and business development for MSLGROUP, the public relations arm of Publicis Groupe. She previously managed integrated public affairs campaigns for trade associations and defense contractors while at Qorvis Communications.
