Bruno Lantero Moreno

Bruno Lantero Moreno is a Senior Advisor in FTI Consulting’s Forensic & Litigation segment with more than 24 years of experience in Legal Services and Financial Advisory.

Having worked in Spanish multinational groups as well as domestic and international law firms, Bruno has developed his expertise in financial advisory, dispute advisory, international arbitration and legal services, including intellectual property, civil and commercial law.

Additionally, in 2011, Bruno started his own company, Open Business Transactions (“OBT”), an independent professional platform that promotes, procures and executes commercial transactions and business opportunities.

Relevant Experience:

• Provided strategic advice in the field of finance and business development as a senior advisor for Deloitte´s Financial Advisory Division
• Provided strategic advice in the field of finance as a senior advisor for Accuracy, founded by a group of former partners of Arthur Andersen
• Served as the lawyer in charge of the Distribution Division of Contents, New Projects and Businesses of Sogecable, the first company to introduce interactive systems and specially digital television in Spain
• Acted as Legal Counsel at Ramon y Cajal Abogados and Squire, Sanders & Dempsey in the negotiation and execution of different international contracts for various public and private companies in the Media & Audiovisual, Pension Funds or IT industries
