Cagatay Oz

Cagatay Oz has more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry, including more than 11 years focused on claims and dispute resolution. Mr. Oz specializes in the analysis of critical schedule delays on construction projects and the quantification of damages associated with such delays.

Mr. Oz’s claims management experience includes the forensic investigation of causes of delay and additional costs, delay analysis, critical path analysis, loss of productivity analysis and quantification. His analysis includes the review of large quantities of project records and documentation, as well as the breakdown of complex data into manageable and meaningful conclusions.

Mr. Oz has provided consulting services on a wide range of projects, including airports, highways, hospitals, light rail systems, solar farms, wastewater treatment plants and large-scale mixed-use, commercial and residential buildings.

Mr. Oz advises clients throughout the lifecycle of ongoing projects, helping to identify and manage the schedule and cost risks, as well as assisting in the preparation of or response to claims involving additional time or compensation.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Oz worked at Secretariat International, where he primarily focused on analyzing construction delays and related claims.
