Callum Greig

Callum Greig is a Managing Director at FTI Capital Advisors and is based in Sydney. Callum brings significant experience in M&A advisory and corporate finance across a range of sectors and client types.

Callum provides senior-led, hands-on advice across all stages of a transaction, from detailed preparation and positioning through execution. He assists clients with transaction-related solutions, with a view to maximising value and meeting a broad range of stakeholder objectives. His experience spans a wide range of situations and sectors, including fast-moving consumer goods (“FMCG”), leisure and hospitality, telecommunications, infrastructure, renewables and manufacturing.

Callum provides a variety of buy-side and sell-side M&A and corporate finance services across a broad range of performing and underperforming businesses and transaction situations, including M&A involving the sale of controlling stakes, complex M&A involving businesses with challenging sale narratives, carve-outs of noncore businesses from large corporates and accelerated fundraising involving securing flexible capital within a truncated timetable. Additionally, he provides general advisory services, including financial modelling and review, business plan support and review, options assessments, valuation and other services.

Before joining the team in Australia, Callum worked at FTI Consulting in the UK. Prior to joining FTI Capital Advisors, he worked across Deloitte's M&A and restructuring teams in both Australia and the UK.

Callum is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand.
