Cameron Cuthbert

Cameron Cuthbert has more than 10 years of experience in data, AI and analytics, working with clients across government and the private sector. Cameron specialises in the design, development and delivery of complex analytical solutions, including cloud-based platforms and advanced decision-support tools.

Cameron brings deep expertise across a range of disciplines, including AI/ML, cloud analytics, simulation and digital twins, optimisation and statistical modelling. He also partners with organisations to define and deliver their advanced analytics strategy and vision.

Cameron’s background is in experimental particle physics, having worked at the Large Hadron Collider at CERN in Switzerland. He now applies the tools and techniques learnt during his scientific training to help clients solve complex real-world problems.

Relevant Experience:

• Led the design and development of a spend analytics platform for a state health system, using AI to provide powerful insights into spend patterns, contract leakage and other opportunities for procurement savings
• Developed a KPI/metric framework to help a leading metropolitan primary health network (‘PHN’) understand their strategic performance and designed a cloud-based platform to help automate the data collection and reporting against these metrics
• Technical lead for the ongoing development of an asset insight platform for one of the largest transport departments in Australia, using AI to analyse video feeds and to identify road defects, allowing local councils to understand their road condition and optimise maintenance operations
• Led the development of the Customer Journey Platform for Transport for NSW, which provides a customer-centric view of the performance of their multi-modal public transport and roads networks
