Carole Hassan

Carole Hassan is a Managing Director in FTI Consulting’s Corporate Finance practice. Ms. Hassan specializes in business transformation, revenue enhancement, strategic planning and implementation, and change management. Ms. Hassan advises clients across the public sector, construction, real estate, telecom, media and technology industries, with a particular focus on government contracts and city-focused organizations in the Gulf Cooperation Council (“GCC”).

Ms. Hassan has extensive experience guiding institutional and national transformation programs. She supports senior stakeholders in defining long-term visions and translating strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps. Her work often centers on helping public entities and urban institutions optimize performance and unlock value from municipal assets and services through innovative commercial structuring and governance design.

Throughout her career, Ms. Hassan has led complex engagements involving the design, funding and delivery of high-impact urban initiatives. Her expertise spans the full transaction lifecycle, including identifying public-private partnership opportunities, structuring commercial and partnership models, and prioritizing investments that drive measurable financial and urban outcomes. She is recognized for her ability to align institutional goals with practical delivery models that enhance sustainability and growth.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Ms. Hassan earned a B.Eng. in Computer and Communications Engineering with a minor in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut. Her technical and strategic foundation enables her to bridge complex operational challenges with forward-looking financial and business solutions for public and private sector clients.
