Caroline also advised on high-profile M&A transactions, providing political risk assessments and support in gaining regulatory approvals and securing the long-term license to operate.
Caroline gained valuable experience in serving as deputy spokeswoman for the CDU parliamentary group in Hamburg-North’s local parliament from 2019 to 2024. She focused on urban development and creating a modern transport infrastructure.
Caroline currently serves as the deputy state chairwoman of the CDU Women's League in Hamburg. In this role, she focuses on mentoring women in politics and fostering collaboration within the party.
