Carrie Grimes has 20 years of transformation experience, with 14 years focused on mining in the Americas, Africa and the Asia Pacific. Carrie specialises in operating model transformation in heavy asset industries. Her target objective is to help her clients drive a competitive edge in the market through the optimisation of their operations. Her passion lies in helping her clients succeed in overcoming disruption and being prepared in the face of the ever-changing market.

Carrie has a strong focus on operational improvement to create a competitive edge, and has successfully led and delivered large, complex global organisational transformation programs in the mining industry and other heavy asset industries. Carrie is experienced in working alongside executive stakeholders through to frontline managers to drive transformational change.

Carrie has worked with most of the major miners and several of the junior and mid-tier miners, as well as a range of other heavy asset organisations globally. She has undertaken a wide variety of projects, many of which are transformational, requiring alignment of people, processes and technology to deliver on the organisation’s strategic objectives.
