Chris Pattinson

Chris Pattinson has more than 15 years of corporate finance, advisory and restructuring experience, managing numerous public and private corporations through successful restructuring and recapitalisation processes in both formal and informal settings.

Chris&squo; experience includes valuing, selling, managing, investigating and reporting upon distressed businesses across an array of industries, including mining, manufacturing, retail, property, construction and agriculture.

Chris has a passion for assisting companies with identifying opportunities, managing risks and addressing financial and operational challenges by working collaboratively with their management, lenders and other key stakeholders to find practical and value-preserving solutions in often difficult circumstances.

Prior to FTI Consulting, Chris spent six years working and living overseas where he held senior roles on the transactions team at a Big Four accounting firm in Canada and a finance and strategy team at a large multinational company in the UK. Chris attained his registered liquidator credentials in Perth in 2023 and led a deal advisory practice at a large mid-market accounting firm.

Relevant Experience:

• Served as the safe harbour advisor to numerous distressed, ASX-listed companies
• Managed the restructuring and recapitalisation of numerous ASX-listed mining companies, which encompassed the operation of entities across a variety of commodities including gold, iron ore, nickel, mineral sands and manganese
• Led the design, build and implementation of a customised business reporting platform for Western Australia&squo;s largest builder to assist management with its restructuring and sale
• Managed numerous solvency reviews for lenders, shareholders and other key stakeholders
