Christina Morris

Christina Morris is a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting in the Healthcare Risk Management & Advisory practice. Ms. Morris is a technology and transformation executive with more than 25 years of global experience leading business automation, AI innovation and enterprise digital transformation across healthcare and life sciences, financial services, telecom, media and technology (“TMT”), and manufacturing companies. 

Ms. Morris has designed and executed GenAI and AI-enabled transformation strategies and built AI-driven go-to-market strategies integrating automation, analytics and digital workforce models. Additionally, she has advised executives on AI governance, risk, ethics and regulation. Her experience also includes leading clinical, regulatory and data transformation programs, as well as delivering enterprise-wide hyper-automation platforms and analytics transformation programs.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Ms. Morris was a Managing Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she led technology-driven business transformation initiatives focused on AI, GenAI, hyper-automation and process-intelligent platforms. She has also held senior manager and VP-level positions at Hoverstate, FrontierBPM and Ernst & Young. 

Ms. Morris is a published author and national speaker on AI and intelligent automation, hyper-automation, business orchestration and automation technologies (“BOAT”), digital quality management systems, regulatory systems, and clinical and process-driven enterprise transformation. She has been featured in Clinical Researcher, Applied Clinical Trials, DIA, PegaWorld and industry conferences.
