Christine Conforti is an accomplished marketing executive who leads the development and cross-development integration of strategies supporting overall market growth for FTI Consulting’s Forensic & Litigation Consulting segment. She advises executive leadership across multiple industries and product lines on go to market programs tailored to support business growth, enhance brand awareness, strengthen existing relationships and extend market reach.
With more than 20 years of experience in creating opportunities that deliver ROI, Ms. Conforti builds leading business development marketing teams. She has led digital branding and integrated marketing functions at Big 4 consulting firms and advertising agencies for numerous B2B, B2C and CPG brands throughout her career.
At FTI Consulting, she works closely with product leaders to develop cohesive marketing strategies aligned to the unique business objectives. She continually evolves and refines the marketing program using new and innovative distribution channels and opportunities. She also contributes to global marketing efforts and provides strategic counsel to practice, segment and global leadership team.
Ms. Conforti came to FTI Consulting from EY, where she served as the Marketing and Communications Leader for the global brand marketing and communications strategy and a C-suite targeted program. The program, EYQ, is a think tank to leverage the knowledge of the firm’s ecosystem to create innovative content and experiences. This involved a global omni-channel strategy that incorporated paid, earned and owned tactics, as well as paid media and sponsorships. The initiative implemented go-to-market strategies that created internal and external awareness and education aligned to ROI metrics.
Prior to taking on EYQ, she led a global integrated marketing team to develop and implement a go-to-market marketing and communications strategy for EY’s Global CFO buyer-based program that delivered new insights to the CFO and finance leader key buyer audience. Prior to EY, she led strategic direction and delivery of integrated marketing campaign solutions at Deloitte and at VMLY&R, Inc..
