About Connor
Connor Morgan advises private equity firms, lenders and corporate clients on a range of transaction and financial matters. Mr. Morgan specializes in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, interim management support and other financial advisory capacities.
Mr. Morgan’s experience includes providing financial due diligence, quality of earnings and quality of revenue analyses, working capital assessments, post-close support and business plan forecasting. In addition, Mr. Morgan has served in multiple interim management roles as a senior finance and accounting executive.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Morgan worked at Grant Thornton LLP, where he performed audit and assurance services for both public and private clients.
Mr. Morgan holds a B.S. in Accounting from Auburn University, and an M.S. in Accountancy from Samford University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and an active member of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Relevant Experience:
- Led more than 50 buy-side and sell-side physician practice and management service organization financial diligence engagements
- Led the finance and accounting department of a multistate occupational health and rehabilitation company with more than 30 locations and $80 million of revenue
- Assisted a large educational technology platform with more than $100 million in revenue with carve-out and sell-side financial diligence support
- Assisted with cash flow monitoring, business plan and operational reviews and strategic option analyses across various industries
